Liridona will be coordinating SEC Doctoral Network activities. She is curious to see how the network of doctoral students can serve as a bridge to develop new research programs through activated participation of doctoral students across Sweden in issues of transport system changes.
Liridona is a scientist, researcher, designer, and advisor, leading innovative projects on the design and development of alternative sustainable socio-technical solutions within transport through transdisciplinary methods. Currently working as a senior researcher at RISE Research Institutes of Sweden in the Department of Mobility and Systems. She holds a PhD in Engineering with a specialization in Sustainable Integrated Product Development and Design obtained from KTH and a master’s degree in Sustainable Development from Uppsala University. Liridona is also a lecturer at KTH and has delivered presentations and speeches in many conferences worldwide, published in several renowned scientific journals, and traveled worldwide through her research. She is passionate about the philosophy and understanding of nature, technology, and human behavior on Earth.
