Söderköpings Brunn, 22-26 November 2021

Swedish Electromobility Centre and the doctoral student network are happy to invite you to our autumn school that focuses on components and system studies for electromobility, with emphasis on electric battery and fuel cell vehicles.

Format

The PhD course is intended for PhD students in the field of e-mobility within the SEC doctoral student network. The autumn school consist of lectures and practical exercises related to the five themes in SEC, i) System studies and Methods, ii) Electrical machines, drive systems and charging, iii) Energy storage, iv) Electromobility in society and v) Interaction between vehicles and grid.

The lectures will be held by theme leaders and their colleges, and there are several networking opportunities taking place during the course.

Practical information

Registration:

Register below no later than 17th of November. The course is only open for members of the SEC doctoral student network. Registration is done on a first come, first served basis.

Examination and Credits:

Examination based on attendance and homework. Passing the course requires solving the assignments and making a final project presentation.

Proposed credits are 5 hp. NB! To apply these credits within your PhD course curriculum you need an approval from your examiner.

Cost:

The autumn school cost is 6’980 SEK, and will cover:

• Accommodation in single rooms for 4 nights (Monday – Friday) at Söderköping Brunn https://sbrunn.se/
• All meals included (breakfast, lunch, dinner and fika’s)
• Participation fee for the course

Note: You need to book and pay your travel to and from the course by yourselves.

Practical information about the invoicing procedure will come at a later point.

Cancellation of registration:

If you cancel your registration later than 2 weeks before the course (after 7 th of November), you will need to pay for the accommodation costs.
