Swedish Electromobility Centre is happy to invite you to the centre’s PhD Course “Hybrid Electric Powertrains – Modeling, Control and Optimization”. This course is open for PhD students within the field and employees from SEC partners.

The course teaches methods and models for energy consumption analysis of vehicles as well as optimal control for energy management in hybrid electric vehicles. In the project tasks you will individually apply the methods to analyse the theoretical energy need for a driving mission as well as use Dynamic Programming to develop and study optimal control for two hybrid topologies, a series- and a parallel-hybrid.
