Theme 1, Intelligent Vehicles and Systems, is organizing a workshop on motion resistance modeling. This topic, encompassing rolling resistance, air resistance, and grade resistance, is of significant importance to electromobility as it affects the driving range of the vehicle. Over the past few years, numerous models for characterizing rolling and air resistance have emerged.

The workshop will dig into these models, providing a unique opportunity to enhance your understanding. Additionally, we will have the privilege of visiting VTI’s facilities in Linköping, which houses test laboratories, including facilities for rolling resistance measurements.
