Theme 1 workshop: Speed prediction and traffic flow modeling

Interested in understanding how surrounding traffic affects the energy consumption in an electric vehicle?
Range certification uses standard driving cycles, like VLTP, but does not reflect the true energy consumption as surrounding traffic and driving style have a huge impact. Theme 1 invites you to a workshop on traffic flow and driver modeling. Different tools and methods used for modeling surrounding traffic and traffic flows will be presented during the workshop. Also, the industrial perspective on the effect of surrounding traffic on energy consumption will be presented and discussed.
